The project centres on the addition of a single-storey extension to an existing two-storey dwelling in rural County Kerry.

​

The proposal also includes for the internal refurbishment throughout the ground floor level and the addition of one window at first floor level, as well as the conversion of two rooflights into dormer windows. The aim of the project is to create living spaces that maximize light and views within the house as well as improving the connection between house and garden.​
